Assignment 1 – Independent Report (Business Plan)
Assignment 1 is centred around writing a 3000 word business plan for a business of my own choosing. I decided my business was going to be my own creative studio that is aimed at business start ups and the idea of instilling the value of graphic design.
Assignment 2 – Studio Practice
Studio practice is an assignment that builds upon the business plan. For this assignment, I decided to create a project proposal document that can be sent to clients and will allow potential clients to get to know me as a designer and is tailored to help answer any questions that the client may not know about the creative process.
Assignment 3 – Artefact
Artefact is the third and final assignment for GDE730. This takes what I have done within assignment one and two and allows me to create an artefact if promotional material for my business. Within this, I created a cross company collaboration between Enterprising Barnsley and LSJ to create a business expo for up and coming businesses to take part in discussion and workshops and gain expert design advice from myself.
